I can’t speak highly enough of Jay & his team Upon Occasion’s event planning. I had my wedding April 25th, 2022 and it truly could not have come together without her. She was there throughout every step of the planning process, from conception to execution. She recommended the best vendors, helped us get the necessary permits, and helped us negotiate the most competitive pricing! We had a complex wedding with a private & public ceremony, same day edit, professional dance number, a gender revel, and a henna! Pooja made sure the whole day went like clockwork – and that I was stress free! The Event Palette is a very thorough wedding planner team, they met with us many times to ensure the success of the wedding. Pooja brought forth many great ideas that are easily overlooked but which contributed to the success of the wedding. She was very friendly with all the other vendors and made sure that each of them was carrying out their duties as expected and on time. She also brought her own items when, on the wedding day, were not present. Jay & Pooja was instrumental in ensuring the wedding was a success.
