Janki and Nimesh’s wedding is a favorite example of a real South Asian wedding in Arizona built around a full multi-day program — Mehndi, Sangeet, wedding ceremony, and reception, each with its own distinct design.
Rather than repeating the same look across events, our team designed a unique color story and decor concept for each day, giving guests a fresh visual experience at every celebration.
With more than a dozen vendors across four days, our team managed every logistical detail, from load-in schedules to timeline changes, so Janki and Nimesh could stay present with their families.
The Sangeet featured multiple family performances on a custom-lit stage, capped off with a surprise choreographed number from the couple themselves.
Janki and Nimesh wanted every event to feel distinct yet connected — a challenge our team embraced by building a cohesive design language that flexed differently for each celebration.
How do you keep a four-day wedding organized?
